Expansion Pressure Vessels

Expansion Pressure Vessels type TerNPH are used to stabilize water pressure in the installation. Rubber diaphragm separating water from air, which prevents air dissolution in fluid and eliminates the need for continuous complementarity. In addition, cutting the access of ambient air in the crucial installation of a reduced susceptibility to corrosion. In cooperation with submersible pumps and apply Vessles TerNPH preclude the need to beat the air, which in this case is generally much more difficult.

Construction:

Expansion Pressure Vessels constructed

Expansion Pressure Vessels constructed as a cylindrical steel tank (1), which is fastened inside the rubber diaphragm (2). The interior of the diaphragm connects to the water installation by screwed connectors K1 and K2, fixed in the lower lid (4). The automatic vent for venting (10) is mounted on the upper lid (3). On the coat are tank mounted gauge (5) and the pneumatic valve (6) for filling of gas. For prevention is a screwed connector (7) which is used to control leakage diaphragm. Slender construction allows for installation of large tanks with a capacity without the need to extend standard door openings. Expansion Pressure Vessels TerNPH has possibility to exchange of the diaphragm (2).
