Safety valves ZBM - construction
Safety Valves are used to prevent excessive pressures from installations of water, steam and compressed air. The design parameters allow for the safety valves use in conventional thermal substations, central heating and where required is that the guidelines PN-99/B-02414 and PN-76/B-02440. The valves are also used in boiler systems and compressed air installations.
Special features safety valves:
- protects plants against excessive pressure,
- used in thermal systems, boilers or compressed air installations,
- maximum temperature of 150° C.
Construction:
Safety Valves are built on the basis of body DN40 (1). In the body (2) is mounted spring (3). An initial value of spring tension corresponds to the opening pressure 3 bar or 6 bar (factory setting). Strength of springs tension (3) is transferred by the spindle (4) to the valve plug(5). In order to periodically check the security applied valve knob (6), which causes opening the valve plug for a moment and instantaneous flow of water or air from secured installation. Before flowing water inside to the body, the chamber (2) is protected by a membrane (7).
Installation:
The valves are mounted in an upright position. Inlet pipeline must be not less than 35 mm and its length can not be greater than 1000 mm. On the way to the safety valve should not be installed cut-off valves. On the side of the outlet pipe must have an internal diameter of not less than 45 mm. Description of the site and describe how the assembly of the above standards and the technical supervision.
