TERMAX - construction

The TERMAX unit is designed to secure heating systems against excessive pressure increase with simultaneous pressure stabilization. In addition, TERMAX has function of automatic water filling. They can also be included an automatic degassing of water. TERMAX is recommended for use at high buildings, where static pressure is high.

Key Features:

  • offsetting increase in pressure due to the increase of temperature,
  • replenishment of water losses in the installation,
  • degassing of water,
  • automatic stabilization pressure on the fixed level,
  • use up to 75% of the total capacity of vessels type TerNWP,
  • pressureless vessles.

Construction:

The automatic pressure stabilization TERMAX is composed of two parts connected together:
- Executive part, consisting of: the control system (1), pump (2), surplussing regualtor (3), electromagnetic valve (4), watermeter (5), filter (6), cutting-off valve (7), non-return valve (8), pressure sensor (9), gauge (10), valve (11);
- Storage part, consisting of: pressureless vessel TerNWP (12), the replenish sensor (13), overflow safety valve (14).

Priciple of operation:

The pressure of work (static pressure installation) is set on the control the system (1). Executive elements responsible for maintaining continuous pressure in the installation are pump (2) and the direct self-action surplussing regulator (3). The excess of the set pressure on the surplussing regulator (3) open it and water flows to the vessel (12). The reduction in pressure in the installation should be read by the pressure sensor (9) and transmitted to the control system (1). The control system (1) turns on the pump (2), whose task is to supplement water in the plant to the level of static pressure. Necessary for the maintenance of minimum water level in the vessel is responsible the sensor (13). When the control system (1) receives a signal of a minimum level of water following opening of the electromagnetic valve (4) and to supplement the loss of water heating to a preset level. Primary function of degassing is performed on the valve (3), whereas in the case where the losses in the plant are not large, it is appropriate to apply the electromagnetic valve (11), which through the control system (1) assisted degassing function.
