The TERMAT unit is designed to secure heating systems against excessive pressure increase with simultaneous pressure stabilization. By use of this unit can be used up to 85% of the total capacity of diaphragm vessels. TERMAT is recommended for use at high buildings, where static pressure is high.

Construction:

Automatic pressure stabilization TERMAT is composed of two parts connected together: - The stabilization of pressure built in the case, inside which there are:
the control system (2), compressor (3), electromagnetic valve (4), non-return valve (5), safety valve (6), pressure sensor (7),
- The diaphgram vessel (1) type TerNWP (technical data and description is included in the catalog), automatic vent (8).

Priciple of operation:

The work pressure (static pressure of the installation) is set to control the system (2). The executive elements responsible for maintaining the standing pressure in the installation are compressor (3) and electromagnetic valve (4). Change the value of pressure in the installation is read by the sensor (7) and transferred to the control system (2). Reducing the volume of heating turns on the compressor (3) and installation of pressure to stabilize the value given by the control system (2). Increasing the volume of heating opening the electromagnetic valve (4) and determine the pressure in the chamber (B) to setting values. The change of static pressure maintained by TERMAT is controling by the control system (2), and its value can be read in the display. Adjustment of pressure, according to the applied the Expansion vessels, is within the ranges from 0 to 6 bar, or from 0 to 10 bar.
