Hydraulic separators SPK type can be fitted between a primary and secondary piping to decouple hydraulically separate one circuit from another, for example boiler cycle from thermal cycle. The hydraulic separator is desinged for middle and high power heatting systems, which are composed from one or many boilers and one or more thermal cycles. The hydraulic separators, ensures independent opperation of those systems, without the need of compensating the flow of each circuit.
Construction:
The Hydraulic Separator SPK type is constructed as a cubic vessel and made of steel with painted externally. On the coat (1) are installed four connectors. The inlet (2) and outlet (3) connectors are used to connect the boiler circulation, while the outlet (4) and inlet (5) connector supporting the circulation of heating. Inside the vessel has been installed a perforated barrier (6) to prevent direct flow of water from the boiler to the heating system, as well as helping to deaerating. In order to get rid of air at the top of the tank there is connector (7) used to connect the deaerating valve. In the bottom of the vessel is mounted partitions (9) to assist the process of clearing water. For the purification of the hydraulic separator from precipitated while working is prevention of pollution (10), which connects to the drain valve.
