Heating Substations Termen TM-D for single family housing

The Heating Substations TERMEN TM-D is a high parameters compact heating substation with a one gradual parallel heater hot water. Adapted to individual power central heating and domestic hot water preparation in buildings which are supplied from the district heat network.

Features:

Domestic hot water is produced in through-flow plate heat exchanger in resulting temperature 55° C, regardless of instantaneous supply heating temperature.
Counter heating energy, preferably ultrasonic, metering summary of energy consumption for central heating and production of domestic hot water. Heat Counter is fitted as optional equipment, according to the attached the basic scheme.
The central heating is preparated in a separate exchanger and the valve controller with three points actuator integrated with the thermostat or temperature regulator with optional weather compensation controller. Domestic hot water is regulated by a gas-liquid termostatic sensor of valve, at working set 55° C. The Heating Substations Termen TM-D TM-D can be fitted to extensive installation of hot water circulation system.
The Heating Substations can be built in a metal casing.
