Control valves ZREDm with an actuator BELIMO

Control valves with electric actuators are used in heating and industrial installations. They are a part of implementing automation systems and remote control. Control valves are designed for regulate of water up to temperature of 130°C and non-flammable gases up to 80°C.

• divided characteristic (0...30% Kv_s- equal percentage; 30...100% Kv_s- linear)

Construction:

Electrical actuator Valves are consisting from two components:
- valve -  valve body (1), valve-seat (2), valve-head (3), valve stem (4)
- actuator: nut (5), electric actuator (6), hand operation (7) supply line (8), position indicator (9).

Installation:

The valve should be mounted on a horizontal or vertical pipeline. The direction of flow must be in accordance with an arrow on the body. The combine of the valve with the actuator is by a nut (5). To ensure the correct operation of the valve - installation must be protect by the filter or strainer. Electric actuators should not be directed downward.
