A Container Boiler is a high-class, complete and mobile boiler, with the possibility of mounting and positioning them in anywhere and immediately after connecting to the existing network. The container boiler enables the user to obtain full power heat. The boiler house is an opportunity to use them as temporary or fixed objects in the implementation of industrial investment and housing construction. The Container Boiler is designed with the boilers and water heaters of domestic hot water VIESSMANN type and Z-BIS. Thanks this, has been designed and manufactured a range of boilers types 90-7000 kW of power and the production of domestic hot water from 9200 up to 27600 l/h. The Container Boiler Room provides in a very wide range of heating efficiency, in accordance with individual needs and requirements of the user. The Container Boiler Room is a segment construction and it is produced as a single-function supply central heating, domestic hot water or dual-function for power heating instalations and preparation hot water. Container Boilers are also designed to power systems, air heating and air conditioning. Boiler can be fueled by liquefied petroleum gas, gas-wire, or oil alternatively.

The Container Boiler is an alternative design and implementation of automated thermal head (ACC) in relation to the built-in, local and groups gas-oil boiler rooms. This applies not only to new buildings, but also existing facilities at which are planned renewals and the change of boiler. Adapting existing big boiler rooms premises in order to mount a possible central ACC, it is not always cost-effective and justified. Also, the exchange of used low parameters heating network for high parameters sources such as greater than 5 MW and with the large extent of these networks is usually technically or economically possible.

Activities of modernization by using The Container Boiler - the advantages and benefits.

  1. The waiver of any use, unprofitable modernize existing large residential boiler room, which was fired by coal or industrial power of the heat Q>5MW.
  2. Making any division or group of objects powered by the heat, so that the maximum thermal output of the various sources of energy (boiler room) does not exceed 5 MW, preferably should be about 1 MW.
  3. Design low-parameters of the container boiler of the required heat input for isolated buildings and (or) zones and their power to locate the most advantageous especially when the walls of the overhead, where the assembly is easy with the chimney, and take suitable electrical power supply, water drainage and water run-off to cooling wells. Also, it will be possible, if any, close to the location of oil tanks (for example, in the adjacent cellar).
  4. The Container Boiler may be constructed as single or dual function of the possible preparation of domestic hot water, which depends on local conditions and needs in this regard.
  5. Location of boilers in direct proximity to houses enables optimum thermal design of the network and limiting diameter preinsulated pipe.
  6. Boiler may be designed for individual buildings, as an alternative to built-in gas-oil boiler room, especially where the buildings do not have suitable premises to locate in them the boiler room.
  7. The Container Boiler does not require special basements. Set it to the typical reinforced concrete road slabs. It can be used not only as a stationary source of heat, but also as temporary, for example, on the construction place.
  8. The Container Boiler can be transported without disassembly as ready for use its settings in a place. It allows to run the boiler room and putting it into operation within 2 to 4 days, counting from the time of delivery to the destination.
  9. The boilers has all Polish standards, technical regulations and requirements relating to the deployment of the devices. Provided there is easy access to equipment in the course of their operations, and periodic technical service, carried out by specialized companies.

Variants of Container Boilers

  • single-function, for the purpose of domestic hot water with a capacity 130, 260, 520, 780 kW and production 2300-13800 l / h. the boiler consists of two segments of container. (img. 2). The Container Boiler Rooms are useful for camping, holiday centers and facilities.
  • single-function, for the purpose of central heating
    –with power 90-978 kW located in a single segment of container (img. 1),
    –with power 180-1956 kW located in a dual segments of container (img. 3).
  • dual-function can be used for housing, industrial facilities, ventilation and air conditioning that can be used as a temporary source of energy for the general construction.
    –with power 575-1750 kW production domestic hot water od 6800 -9200 l/h, located in a dual segments of container (img. 4),
    –with power 1956 and posibility of production 13800 l/h of domestic hot water, located in a triple segments of container(img. 5),
    –with power 1725-2934 kW and posibility of production 27600 l/h of domestic hot water, located in a fourfold segments of container(Rys. 6).

Installation of the Container Boiler.

Segments of the Container Boiler are transported individually in place of investment by specialized transportation and set on prepared substrate such as typical reinforced concrete slabs used in the road. On the place of working the segments are combined container screws. The containers pipes connecting has a flanged connection. Electrical installations of automation and control are combined corresponding electrical connectors. In the boiler room is the location for mounting the construction of chimneys and the execution of power supply connections and installation.

Construction of the container boiler.

A container is designed as a steel structure (the skeleton), and sheet steel. The coefficient of heat transmission is k=0.44 – 0.46 W/m2K and fire resistance class compartments - 1 hour. The dimensions of one segment are:
