Air separator SEP - construction
Air Separators are designed to remove air dissolved in water. Air separators are used in heating installations in the site where the water temperature is highest (for the boiler or heat exchanger). The use of air separators reduces the corrosion in the installation, pumps failure as a result of a cavitation, flow noise and loud work if the installation.

Construction:
Air separator is constructed as a steel vessel low-carbon steel painted externally also stainless steel version available). On the coat (1) there are two connections, inlet (2) and outlet (3), are used to connect the installation. In filling the vessel are installed special rings (4) designed to separate the air contained in water. To get rid of air at the top of the tank is installed an automatic air release valve (5). For the purification precipitated from the separator air pollutants during operation in bottom of the tank is mounted connector (6), which connects the drain valve.
